During your initial meet with one of agents, you will discuss what your selling objectives are. This is a good time to ask questions and get an idea of what to expect during the selling process. We will discuss walk through your home to give our professional opinion about the condition and how it compares to similar properties.  Last we will provide you with a complete Comparative Marketing Analysis (CMA) for your property.

You're ready to Sell Your Home

Once you decide you are ready, we will review and sign a standard Listing Agreement and have you to fill out mandatory disclosure forms.
